Re: https instead of http

Note that using 'mailto' is not a reliable way to process forms.
I recommend to use the built-in form script or a third party form processor.

Re: Master Frame Break Point with Layout Grids

From the built-in menus 'responsive menu' and 'mega menu'
But there are many responsive menu extensions:
http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/navigation.html

The menus do not necessarily need the same breakpoint. Whatever works best your your layout.

Re: Layout Grid - Possible multiple questions over time...

IE partially supports flexbox, however it has (documented) bugs:

Re: Do I need to make a grid or layer to make 14 work

By default, all objects have a fixed/absolute position/size. Unless they are inside a layout grid.
For example, most blocks use layout grids to make them flexible. See also the blocks tutorial.

Re: Reccomended CMS

I think it is your personal preference and probably you should also take the costs into account.

Re: Do I need to make a grid or layer to make 14 work

This is normal behavior for floating layouts.
If you use fixed layout (like in previous versions) then you can place objects anywhere you want.

Re: Sitemap question

The file is created from the pages in the Site Manager, not the the content on the server.
To include other pages you can create a 'dummy' page in the Site Manager and set it to 'don't publish'

Re: Problem of field duplication with select and move function

If you hold down the CTRL key while moving the mouse then the object will be duplicated. This is a feature, to quickly copy objects.
To prevent this, do not hold the CTRL key while moving.
