Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System **UPDATED June 19,2010

Sorry, is Standard WB Signup form with a few additional custom fields added.

The error message is displayed thru an editbox

Code: Select all

<?php echo $error_message; ?>
on the form itself just above the submit button

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System **UPDATED June 19,2010

Thank you. A question regarding the signup page utilizing the DBTS extension. Currently if a user fills in a couple of signup fields but leaves out a required field the form displays an error message on the form stating that the particular field needs completing, however it also clears all the other...

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System **UPDATED June 19,2010

There doesn't appear to be a 'recover forgotten password' (user not admin) extension for this new login system - would that be correct? Is there a solution I can use to enable members to have their forgotten password emailed to them or reset and emailed at their request using the MySQL version of th...

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System **UPDATED June 19,2010

Thank you very much Naval - this is a very useful extension. Just a note for others who may want to do the same as above, the 'signup_date' label should actually be 'creation_date' (when using the default admin fields) Now that I'm able to test everything fully I have come across an issue in relatio...

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System ***UPDATED June 19,201

THANK YOU VERY MUCH NAVAL!!! :D Two more questions if you have a moment: in the MySQL database admin there are the two fields 'Creation Date' and 'Expiry Date'. Is it possible to have say a hidden editbox on the signup form that 'displays' the current date, which in turn is submitted to the database...

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System ***UPDATED June 19,201

Thanks Naval, I couldn't see the MySQL database settings in the HTML box because I hadn't enabled the database before converting it to a form. In my modifications I must have done some incorrect coding because only the admin is receiving a signup email and a new user is not displayed in the secure a...

Re: DBTS Admin Object/WB Login System ***UPDATED June 19,201

Hi Naval, This looks really good, thank you. Just a quick note: someone's changed the Demo 1 login password so 'admin' no longer gets you access. Have setup the new dbts admin to try it out. Once logged in to the admin page there doesn't seem to be any means of admin adding new users to the file. Th...

I'm trying to add a text link within the DBTS Form autoresponder (HTML) but get a syntax error, unexpected T_STRING. Is it not possible to add a link within the email?

Just using a standard <a href="http://www.mybiz.com" target="_blank">Double click to edit</a>
