make it soft scrolling page, instead "jump" rows
This is unrelated to the program but controlled by your system (windows). There even may be an app from the maker/manufacturer of the mouse that will allow better control if the scrolling.

Is it possible that you may have changed the location of the image(s)?
You can view the location of the image(s) in Tools -> Asset Manager.
Note: If you have opened and saved your project with v19.1.2 then it is not possible to open again in earlier versions of the software such as v19.1.1

Looking at the source (HTML) of the page you are using a lot of scripts (jquery files) and png images which combined are heavy to load. You nay want to try and optimize the pngs used and use the following to url to optimize the lottie files and see if this helps

There should be no difference in what is shown in the software and what is published. If there is it generally means that not all files required are not on the server. In the TOC it use css so if this is missing it will not display correctly so please ensure all files are published correctly.

First please note that WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator what this means is that no HTML exists till you publish. I have just discovered that an old problem I had (Calibri and Segoe font missing)
As these fonts are usually used to display symbols then if they are not installed then where you have used symbols they won't display correctly or not at all.

Why would it be of a low resolution cant you upload the original image you are saying looks foggy in the software. Surely the original is not foggy.

From looking at both the screenshot and the github link it tells me you haven't uploaded all files this being the css (Error.css) for the layout grid this explains why it looks as it does.

A .wpp extension file is not made with wysiwyg webbuilder 16/17/18/19 it was created with Serif WebPlus so it cannot be opened with WB19 or WB16 as it is not compatible.

There is a difference on how video is played/supported in the browser than locally on your PC with the editing software In chrome it expects the video to be encoded H264 so if the video is encoded at H263 in the mp4 then it won't play the video.
