Then if this is the case you will need to open the page in a HTML Editor and remove the code. Note I would backup this page before doing so just incase.

This generally means there is a extension(s) missing, ensure all extensions are installed and try again. Also are you trying to maybe open a 64bit version of your project with the 32bit version? If you have used the 64bit then you can only open the 64bit and the 32bit with it you cannot open the 64b...

There is no WYSIWYG Web Builder tutorial on this, it is understood if you wish to use the likes of XAMPP then you yourself understand it's use.

WYSIWYG Web Builder can do many things but for this it will require scripting such as PHP and the use of a Database. You can of course use the form tools available to design the layout but will require what's mentioned. Maybe you can find something Here

Its possible that you may have enabled 'Easy Mode'? when this is enabled 'Easy Mode' will hide all advanced features.

You can do this by using the following method.
Select multiple cells -> hold down the SHIFT key and click cell properties.
