Re: Dog walking services website

Hi Baconfries.

I have optimised the background image now down to 140KB. That should be a lot better now for loading. Thanks for pointing it out for me.

Re: Layers? or Layout grid

Hi all,

I have taken onboard the time loading the main image issue and hopefully corrected it on both sample webpages. The main image loading time should now be greatly improved without losing any quality of the image.

Hi all. I'm currently working on a Dog Walking Services website. It's just a basic website, nothing fancy but I'd like to request you guys to give the website a look and to see if there are any problems that can be noticed. I've designed this website in layers as I am still undecided to either use l...

Layers? or Layout grid

Hi all, I'd love to get back into the web design business again but slightly undecided if I should continue to use the layers system for web designing or the Layout grid system. I feel that working with layers for web design gives me much more control of the content and how it's positioned within th...

Re: My Website about Mobile Applications

A very busy website with all the different coloured fonts backgrounds and images. The website is good, but for me personally it's too much with all the different colours.

Re: Screen size for web design

I have a red area at the top of my title post stating "PLEASE READ FORUM RULES BEFORE YOU POST" and " MUST READ" I'm not aware this was here when I first stated the topic. Does this mean I may have duplicated a topic within the forum? My apologies if I have. I didn't mean to break any forum rules. R...

Re: Screen size for web design

I stop at 360 reason being I don't think there are many mobiles out there now less than 360 screen size. I could be wrong with that comment, but I always stop at 360 pixels.
