Are you sure the Galaxy S4 displays the 320 breakpoint?
Most mobile devices have a larger screen.
I am not sure. But I set background as 100%,100% at 320 and 480

Yes, at default view it is fixed. But at Break-Point 320 I set the background as 100%, 100%. Is it the issue?

  - Corrected the spelling error: from sychronized to synchronized in whatsnew.txt file.
