importing a css file

The style import routine is addin a "." before each line.

For example

When I import a css file with styles such as:
input[type=range].vslider {
}

The import routine changes it to
.input[type=range].vslider {

which means it no longer works

Is there a way to stop this?

Thanks

Re: JQuery slider links to Javascript

Hi Pablo I have looked at the color JQuery slider example that you suggested The problem is that on that example, although the min and max for the slider are set to 0 and 255, the "value" of the slider only goes from 1 to 254 at each extreme Is that by design, or a bug? Is there any way to get over ...

Re: JQuery slider links to Javascript

Thank you Pablo

The .bind used in the color example is depreciated in version 3 of JQuery

Can that cause problems?

JQuery slider links to Javascript

Re: vertical orientaion of a slider

Hi RV Thank you for your response. I simply need a slider input type="range", which will work vertically (similar to the left hand slider on a web page that is too long to fit the screen), which works across all browsers. I find it bizarre that this is not a standard feature of all browsers. The WB1...

vertical orientaion of a slider

Hi

I have a slider, where the type property of the standard editbox is set to 'range

It is in a div layer

How do I ensure the button and track have a vertical orientation (ie running from bottom to top) in all the browers that support input range?

Re: WebBuilder automatically modifying custom styles

Thank you BaconFries However, that does not solve the problem I realise now that what is happening when I put in my custom style, is that WB14 is still trying to modify the custom style with the settings on the style screen. It is fundamentally altering the style code. What I need is a way of just i...
