I just tried extensions and I see the same behavior as on the demo page.
So, the animation works when I switching from ALL to CLASS and from CLASS to ALL. When I switching from CLASS to CLASS animation doesn't work.

I have one problem when I use [r] Button as alert OK button.
So, when I press OK (on alert), a web page does not remain at the current position - going to the top.

I mean blue outlined box. Box is ugly and anoying.
For example, I dissabled that blue frame in [rz] Button if I dissable "Get focus on click".

BTW: I know. This is Chrome behavior.

In the template I used a sticky layer (top-left). It may not be the best option, but here works.
Maybe you can try with rz-flat-side-menu extension.
