A new listview with default settings will not contain any links. Maybe you have always changed other properties?

You do not have to worry that there is an error in the code of the CAPCTHA otherwise it would have been fixed a long time ago. I think it's related to the PHP sessions not working on the server. Usually problems with CAPTCHA are related to issues with PHP sessions on the server.
You will need to contact the webhost and ask them to reset/ clear PHP sessions.

If the image is not displayed then maybe the filename is invalid?

Layers are not meant to be used for flexible layouts. A layer itself can be full width, however the content will not be flexible.

To implement rollover images, the 'Rollover image' object may be useful.

I do not recommend to use layers for this purpose,.
I suggest to use layout grids instead.
Layers are fixed/absolute containers. Nested layers are not officially supported.
Layout grid are floating/flexible containers.

I do not have 'brave' installed but it is based on Chromium so it should render correctly.

However the file names of your images are not valid. This may cause issues with some browsers.

Yes, you can use a slideshow or carousel in a layout grid to make it flexible.

The built-in YouTube object is standard YouTube functionality. All features are implemented on the YouTube website. So, if you think something does not work then you will need to contact YouTube.
This behavior cannot be controlled from within WYSIWYG Web Builder.

I think the problem is related to the 'fixed' height of the flexgrid.
If you use a fixed height then the layout is not longer flexible and the height is determined by the height during design time.
Please set the height of the flexgrid to 'auto'

In general, email applications only support limited HTML / CSS.
Also, they usually do not support external CSS or JavaScript.
I am not familiar with thunderbird, so I do not know which level of HTML/CSS it does support.
