If you copy the project to another location or computer then the internal paths will be updated automatically.i don't understand what you mean with "if you move the project"?

All files are stored with an absolute path. This is related to the document storage format (compound) and this cannot be changed.

There is no event for this in HTML as far as I know, so this will require a script that keeps track of the scroll direction.

- you use them in somewhere in your pages and you have enabled the option 'Automatically use @font-face' in Tools->Options->Fonts.
