i have clicked on insert->navigation->panel menu. And when i enter Panel menu i click on Options and than i choose Image and browse. And than there are 2 option: image or icon fonts. I want to choose an icon font that will represent a menu in mobile version.

Problem is solved now. You were right, it was about a z order, so i have set menu in front and the rest at the back and now it works perfect.

I'm sorry, but the file is still not correct. Maybe the file is read-only on the server so it cannot be overwritten? You can try to remove the file manually from the server before republishing. I have now manually deleted and publish it again. Now it shows me the new version. Can you also check it?
