Update for all extensions: Added Help button

All extensions have been updated to include a 'Help' button for easier access to the extension's documentation.
Also added support for Unicode text in: Auto Viewer, Simple Viewer, Postcard Viewer and Tilt Viewer.
You can download the updates through the Extension Manager.
Requires version 7.5 or higher.
