Responsive Service Trade Website With Layout Grids

Post by nathaninidaho »

Hello all,
Here is a site I just finished for a client using responsive layout grids in WWB. It also uses the @fontface rule for a couple of the text fonts. Here's the link: http://www.utahelectricalpros.com

Thanks to Pablo's hard work WWB makes great websites possible.

Enjoy!

Nice modern look.

However, I feel your backlink the footer could be a bit smaller though.

The link led me to your website so I also took a look over there. I think the technique is good but it's a bit too heavy on the eye for me.

Question about your blog. The most recent article bar, is it actually pulling data from the blog or did you just manually added them into a shape?

@Rebel Studio,
Thanks for the feedback. I can understand your thought process about minimizing the backlink on the bottom as I usually make it a smaller font. On this one I'm going to leave it as is and just see what happens. I do get projects from backlinks like this so if making it a little bigger doesn't bother client and gets it noticed a bit more - it may be worth having it a little "too big".

On the blog on my site (which needs it's own revamp), the most recent articles is php code to pull the article titles by date and list them. Basically take the code generated by the CMS Menu and adjust it to order by date created.

Thanks again for your feedback!
