Had a look, design is good but the home page is VERY heavy - 6159 kb!

You have images of size: 238kb, 1332kb, 349kb, 200kb , 188kb etc.

Reduce the size of the images (example convert png to jpg to start with or resize the png images)

Else the home page load time is huge, people may move away

Advice taken, I optimized more of the page. As a test I tried getting the image down as low as you had, in photoshop. I was only able to comfortably get it down to 172.2k, so thank you very much. (So I used your file, hope that's ok) Can I ask what program you used?

The most simple way to compress is Office picture manager, to convert use XN VIEW.

Looks good, you must have done the optimization, loaded up very quickly here on 3G.
