Even if on scroll down the menu stays at the top at the begining it stays on the middle of the page on smartphone, maybe it is better to anchor it to the top. On some pages you placed some textual content with bold attribute and on the same page at the bottom you don't use bold. Make it equal. The text alignment may be better if set to justified.

On the power suppliers section, i think the rest of the images after the first two should also be linked just like that of the text so that when someone hovers over the images, he or she sees that it's link to a page.

Hi your design is good globaly, what i not liked is to hard shadow at navigation grid so i suggest to try with this color #d3d1d1, try and you will see it be better when scroll not be to hard and have better visual look
Other is very correct i liked :D
