Webpage Not Displaying

Post by WB10user » Fri Aug 10, 2018 3:12 pm

Hi guys,

One of the webpages in my site fails to open for some reason. The page in question is: http://www.rosegold-books.com/what-lies.php When I click on the button underneath the book cover on http://www.rosegold-books.com/books.php to take me to the above URL, it won't work. Can you guys figure out what is wrong? I tried changing the name of the page but for some reason, no matter what name it is, it just won't display. It will display in preview mode.

Thanks in advance.

A HTTP ERROR 500 generally indicates a server issue which is usually temporary and will resolve itself. I would wait a hour or two and if not resolved contact your host regarding this. Note it not related to the program but a server issue.

Okay, thanks for that. It did not show yesterday either. I will do as you suggest.

Thanks again for all your help. I appreciate it.

Hey guys,

Just a quick follow-up, I figured out what was causing the issue. It was a form that I had hidden. I didn't include a button to activate it or show it so I deleted the form and voila, the page showed. So thanks again everyone for your help. I really appreciate it.
