Red border on CSS Menu and Navigation Bar

Red border on CSS Menu and Navigation Bar

Just curious. What does the bold red border denote on the CssMenu and on NavigationBar object. All the other navigation objects do not have the bold red border.

Maybe you have enabled the option 'highlight non responsive objects'?
