Pages scrambled and pictures resized after uploading

I have used WYSIWYG for several years. Now using version 10 which gives me this index page of website (file:///C:/Users/vicki/OneDrive/Documents/WYSIWYG%20Web%20Builder/ranchero2019/ranchero2019/index.html). When I transfer the website with CuteFTP9 which I have used with WYSIWYG since I began constructing & maintaining the website, I get this http://www.rancherovillagecircle.com/ scrambled pages. I got a new computer and transferred both software. It was then that I began having the problem and have not been able to solve the problem.
