*** SOLVED *** contactus.php crashes WYSIWYG Web Builder 16

Post by ksanthosh_k »

Hi

I have published our contactus.php page in version 15. However, after upgrading to version 16, all pages are getting published except contactus.php. When it tries to publish this page, the software crashes.

Are you using the latest update 16.0.1?
If yes, then do you have a demo project so I can see all your settings?

I have downloaded the latest version and installed. Now when I try to publish through ftp, it is not publishing. I tried multiple internet connections including mobile hotspot. Same result. Log is as below:

Found 42 file(s).
Initializing FTP connection...
Checking host...
Host was successfully parsed.
Connecting to ftp.trio-techno.com...
Using PASV mode.

Details:
A connection with the server could not be established
Closing FTP connection...
Removing temporary files...
Publish failed!
*** END OF PUBLISH ***

I am sure that this is not an issue caused by the software.
Maybe there is a temporary issue with the server?
Or maybe your firewall blocks the connection?
Did you also try to change the FTP engine to winsock? Tools->Options->Publish
What is the error when you use winsock?

YES Pablo. The server firewall had blocked my IP. Now everything is working perfectly fine.

Thank you for your kind help !
