This is a server restriction. It means that the 'from' address must be within the current domain.

Do you need to add a mail address to the list? What should be done?

You can change the from address in the properties of the form.

The reason why it does not work is because the from address is not allowed by your webhost.
So, you will need to specify a 'fixed' from address in the form properties. See the help for more details.
