WYSIWYG Web Builder 9 already has a selection of CMS Tools to allow a user to make changes to a page. You can find these at Toolbox>(CMS)Content Managment System. There is also the following extensions.
News Writer Pro - Version 1.0
http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/newswriterpro.html
News Writer - Version 1.3
http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/newswriter.html
There are also Demo projects of extensions
Extension Builder example projects
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=13743

Personally I do not like any script that requires the user to install external plugins before they can use or try in Demo mode so for me that puts me off even considering making it as a extension.
Plase take a look at the url to the Demo extension this will give you a start on what to do.

Here is a nice overlay menu, however as RZ rightly pointed out, it uses CSS3 which means it requires a modern browser and the effects may not show correctly on older browsers.

http://tympanus.net/codrops/2014/02/06/ ... y-effects/

I am posting it as it feels very nice and lightweight. Can I also point out this can be recreated using RZ's layer tools, but without the fancy SVG animation.

Maybe we should rename this thread to the ZINC thread!
Aditerum - No longer supporting WWB extensions - refer to CJS.
Aditerum - No longer supporting WWB templates - refer to CJS.

Any extension for achieving this ?

Copy pasting text from one web site into various Social Media forums is quite common. I am giving here a link where, when you copy and paste a text into another place, it automatically brings with it the URL of the web page too. As an example, I am copy pasting a small portion of the text below:

The Interior Ministry said that at about 8 p.m. Sunday, two minivans entered the town. Militants disembarked and began shooting. Kenya’s National Disaster Operations Center said military surveillance planes were launched shortly afterward.
Read more at http://allenbwest.com/2014/06/im-sick-l ... 4vwSIE5.99

I had copied the text only up to "shortly afterward." The page link with the preceding "Read more at " has appeared by itself.
Any idea on how this happens?

Social Media :
Do we have an extension that adds the following:

Facebook
Twitter
Linkedin
Google +
Pinterest

In the Indian situation, other players are yet to matter.
If no extension, any way these can be added?
Thanks in anticipation.

A great source for astonishing Galleries/Slideshows

Post by tommy888 »

Hi Guys,
When surfing the Internet I've come across a website offering various galleries (open source code to be developed/used) that can be transformed into amazing extensions with differ transitions/options. I'm not an experienced coder and I thought someone could use it in their project. I hope the category of a post is suitable as all the extensions are here.
http://www.jssor.com/index.html
One may have known already this website :) But what these Guys make is truly impressive.

Wow...that is an impressive slider.

Would love to build an extension for that but no time. Maybe Pablo can do some magic and bundle it with 10?

Help chat for website. This is in the Open Source world but I can't implement it for some reason and the documentation is poor. I think this is just a matter of adapting and implementing an existing Open Source script. Creates a live chat support system for websites. The Scripts exist in Softaculous. There are a lot of great scripts there that could be adapted to WWB with a great benefit to users. Crafty Syntax offers an online live help system.
