You need to inser the url as follows see below and not as you have shown. This is documented in the PDF file that is supplied with the extension. Please read in the PDF

Specify the youtube url, you need to enter the url like the the example below
http://www.youtube.com/v/a0qMe7Z3EYg
Correct
http://www.youtube.com/v/UPaEPlN3ij8
Incorrect
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPaEPlN3ij8
