Useful extension.
Do we also have an extension to build a site for mobiles?

No there is no extension for building mobile sites, a mobile site is just a smaller version of your own fullsize site that can be viewed in iPads, iPhones, Snartphones it will still use HTML, javascripts/jQuery, PHP or ASP to display it.
