Destroy Session Id when logout

Post by tom248 » Wed Dec 13, 2017 12:48 pm

I noticed that when I log out, the session ID is kept. What can I do to destroy the id?
When a new login happens, a new id should be assigned.

If you log out, then the session variables used by the login tools are unset

Code: Select all

unset($_SESSION['username']);
unset($_SESSION['fullname']);
However the session id may also be used by other scripts, so this is left as is.

thx... but i want to destroy the session id.
i Need this, because i want to write the Session ID number in my Database when a user log into the page.
But when it stays the same, it makes no sense...
(for explaination: I would like to record the login behavior of users with the different session IDs)

1. Right click the logout object.
2. Select 'Convert to form'
Now you can modify the code to suit your needs.
