Linking to a Bookmark on another page?

Is it possible to link to a Bookmark on another page?

For instance, I would like a product photo page to have a link to a bookmark on the stock page, so that when someone clicks that link, it brings them directly to the section they need to see.

How would you write/parse the link to the Bookmark(s)?

I think I see how to do this if all the pages are a part of the same project.

What if the pages are each their own projects? Is it still possible?

For internal pages you can use the bookmark option.
For external pages you will need to use absolute links with the anchor (bookmark name) in the URL.
