duplicate the meaning of "Input" in "Theme of the letter"

Guys, tell me, can anyone know how to do so, that would duplicate the meaning of "Input (editbox)" in "Theme of the letter (it's $ subject)."

I want to copy the value of the input field to the header of the e-mail message. In the order form.

You can use a variable for that.

Yes, you can use a variable in the subject line.

If the field name is 'name' then the variable name will be '$name'.
