Blog, order of Subject and Date

Post by sieweb » Sat May 26, 2018 3:31 pm

Hi,
is it possible to set the order of Subject and Date that the Date will be displayed in the first line and the subject as second item?
Thank you, horst

You can rearrange the blog items with the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons.
The blog supports many different layouts. For example the 'Blocks' template displays the date on top.

I did not think about the blog items, but the order of the items within one blog-entry. Per default the Date allways seem to be displayed in second position, I need it in the first line.
But maybe I can edit the CMS/HTML templates in this way?
I will have a look.

The blog layouts are just HTML files, so you can create your own variations, if you have the skills to do so.

I'm sorry, this functionality has not changed.

Ok, maybe you can keep this in mind for example in kombination with an extension for a parameter like DATE(dd.mm.jjjj) or(dd.mm.jj) ... .
Meanwhile I will 'abuse' the subject field and let the Date entry empty.
