404 error from internal link

Post by Bluesman » Fri Aug 17, 2018 4:40 am

This is the error message:
"Not Found
The requested URL /revista_2_2018_08/presentacion.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Webpage: http://www.revistaenlaces.com

To reproduce the problem... When entering the site, click the headline (link) "Graduaciones". On the page "Graduaciones" enter the hamburger menu at the upper right corner, choose "Presentación"... voila…
Can't figure out, the link to the page is: http://www.revistaenlaces.com/presentacion.html. If you enter this link to the search field in the browser or choose this page from the hamburger menu on the startpage it works? :?

The page is in another folder!

If the menu is on a master page then make sure the master page is in the same folder as the page that is using it.

Thanks Pablo, that was it... I usually don't use to use this much subfolders (always a flat) structure, but this time it's gonna be a large site in the end, so I splitted it up for a better overview. Shall see what I will do. Because in this case I have to put the menus in the new subfolder for every release of this magazine. :D
