Best image folder practice

Post by Lasa » Thu Oct 11, 2018 12:52 am

What would be best image folder practice. It seems WYSIWG Web Builder makes on image folder and throws everything in it.
Is there a way to have it save it in some preset orderly manor? All the NIVO slider images in one folder, food images in another folder, etc.
If not I can probably group them it via prefixes of some sort.
Is there a reason that all the images get put in one folder?
Thanks,
Lasa

The target folder for specific files types can be configured in Tools->Options->File & Folders

You can create sub folders in the Site Manager.
If you create a folder for pages with NIVO slider then that folder will have its own images folder.

Thanks for the quick answer.
I was able to specify the file & Folders.. was able to make a sub folder in site manager.
How do I have all the nivo image go in the nivo folder? they seem to go into the image folder.
Sorry, but I'm very new to web Builder.
Cheers

Move the page with the nivo slider in the sub folder.

Note that the images will still go in the 'images' folder ,unless you have specified a different folder.
Or you can also use absolute paths.
