Unable to open project in WB14

Post by RonHills » Sun Oct 14, 2018 2:55 pm

In WB14 I get a message that RSSparser extension is missing, and only a few pages appear when the project loads.
Apparently, RSSparser no longer exists, as I cannot find it in order to load it.
After downloading all pages, folders, and the wbs file from the website, I was able to open the project in WB12 without a problem.

At this time, I am afraid to open any other projects for fear of a similar problem.

It would be so much easier to show you the screenshots, but posting photos on this forum is difficult.

Thank you for any thoughts you may have. For now... WB14 is on hold, and WB12 is back in service.

The RSS parser extension can be downloaded via the Extension Manager or here:

Apparently, RSSparser no longer exists
As mentioned this indicates that the extension is missing but it is still available to download from the following RSS Parser Ince downloaded and installed you should then be a to open your project.

I was having similar problems, and was referred to viewtopic.php?f=10&t=67924 which has a way of dealing with missing extensions
