Display a window and keep the transparency on the side

Post by jolijojo » Wed Oct 24, 2018 12:11 pm

http://www.avironmer.fr/grafitis/mail_ok.html

Sorry to ask this question but I do not understand how to keep transparency out of an information window.
I can display a window like this: http://avironmer.fr/grafitis/index.php [/ url]
But not in the case of an answer as in the mail response page sent for example.
http://www.avironmer.fr/grafitis/mail_ok.html [/ url]

I'm sorry, it is not clear what you are trying to do. Can you please be more specific?

You can do with the a (modal) layer or Dialog (jQuery UI or Bootstrap).

I think that's what I do when I use the yellow button "TEST" at the bottom of the page: http://www.avironmer.fr/grafitis/index.php [/ url]
But no transparency in the background.

You can disable the background drop in the properties.

First of all thank you for your availability on this forum.
I wish to have the window http://avironmer.fr/grafitis/test.html [/ url] over my site but see the page of the site above and not a window with a gray background
Example when we use "Publish Web Site" with WWB a window opens keeping the background visible

This can be done with a dialog or modal layer.

You can disable the backdrop (layer) and modal (dialog) settings in the properties.

Please, lancez http://avironmer.fr/grafitis/index.php go to the bottom clic on the yellow button

For my window page I have this setting: Page Properties - Style - Background "Transparent"
Please, run http://avironmer.fr/grafitis/index.php [/ url] go to the bottom click on the yellow button you will see

For my window page I have this setting: Page Properties - Style - Background "Transparent"
Why? That does not have any effect on the modal dialog.

I think you are making this more difficult than it really is.
- add a dialog (or modal layer)
- use an event to show the dialog/layer

there is no need for another page.
