Install/save WYSIWYG Web Builder folder on external drive?

Post by peter30 » Tue Nov 13, 2018 11:16 pm

Hi Pablo!

Have installed the WB 14.1.1 software on the c:drive and the WYSIWYG Web Builder folder (with backups-images-system folders)
in Documents (as normal is).

Know it's possible to have the WYSIWYG Web Builder folder (with backups-images-system folders) beeing saved automatically
to an external harddrive with the same name instead of having it in Documents as preset by WB - or is it best
that they all are on the c drive? Projects are beeing saved on an external harddrive.

Now:
WB software - installed on c drive (ssd)
WYSIWYG Web Builder folder (with backups-images-system folders) - in Documents
Projects - saved on external harddrive

Reason is:
Windows 10’s October Update Returns, Promises Not to Delete Your Files

Even though it did not happen here.

Best

You can set the location of the 'system' folder in Tools->Options->Files & Folders
