Error after upgrade to 14.3.1

Post by GPK5050 »

Hi...

I just upgraded to 14.3.1 from 14.1.0 and now I get an error when opening my project.

The error has to do with an extension.

Is there a way to go back to the previous version?

Thank you...

The error has to do with an extension.
To resolve this simply install the missing extension.

If you have opened your project made with 14.1.0 with 14.3.1 and saved then you will no longer be able to open with 14.1.0. If you still have a copy of 14.1.0 then you can reinstall after removing 14.3.1. Note previous versions are not available to download but maybe Pablo can assist but as I have mentioned above about saving in new versions and saving you will not be able to open it in older versions.

It was not saved... I don't think I have that version. Can someone out there supply it for me.

If I find the older version, can I install on top or do I have to uninstall the newer version and will my projects be safe?

Many thanks!!!

I'm sorry, older versions are not available for download.
However, if you did not remove any extensions since the update then the problem already existed in the older version too. Only it did not warn you about it.

I strongly recommend to solve the problem by installing the missing extension(s) instead of going back to an older version. Otherwise your project may get corrupt or cause other issues (like invalid HTML code).
