Navigation link to bookmark on another page

I have a site that for most part is a one page with 4 links to bookmarks on the index page...
but I also will have some additional pages. I like the look and feel of the responsive menu, but I don't know if I can have the bookmarked navigation included on the additional pages and work? when I click the link with the bookmark from one of the additional pages (not index, bookmarks are on index page) the bookmarks in the navigation don't take me to the bookmarked item on the index page.

What I need is to be able to link to a bookmark on another page within responsive menu.
