How to delete a script?

Post by luishmpaulo »

Hi again!

Some time ago I added a script (Whatshelp.io) to a client site between head tags. Now the client asked to delete, but the script does not appear in the edit areas, where I could delete it, but only above, between the lines 59-74. How do I delete it?

You delete the same way you added!! You have either used Page HTML between <head></head>tags* or used a HTML Object.

The script should appear on that (Page - HTML - between <head></head>tags) where I inserted it, but it does not appear!!!

I just got to see that it's still on the site with a Ctrl F on Page HTML ... And, of course, when a see the site on the web.

There is no script in start page, between heads, inside body...
The only scritp that I can see is the GoogleAnalytics.

And in the Object Manager there is no HTML object.

Then please also check the Site HTML as it is possible that you used this rather than what has been already suggested. Note if you can always provide a url so we can view and try to help you.
