First you will need to purchase a ssl certificate from your host provider (if they provide this service) or you will need to purchase from a third party. Then you will need to write a .htacess file to redirect the http to the new https. If you use any inline frames with external content then these pages will also ned to use https as well or they won't display.
Note this is unrelated to the program and you should contact your host for further information.

No this is not possible. You will need to contact your host for further help on how to install. Note this is not related to WYSIWYG Web Builder in anyway it is server related.
