Slide Show with LayoutGrid

Post by cmsintent »

Good Morning … I am attempting to use a SLIDE SHOW > Carousel mode

My images are 160px X 160px

I add them to the slide show located at ... INSERT > SLIDE SHOW

I then drop the slide show into a LayoutGrid (maximum width set to 1350)

I then set the slide show settings to:
Type: Conveyer belt
Full Width: True

But as soon as I set the full width to True the slide show expands to 940px X 940px

What I attempting to do is have the 160px X 160px convey across the screen and utilize the 1350 space.

Not sure what I am doing wrong? Thanks

In full width mode, the slideshow will resize itself to the full size of the first image.

But maybe this template will be useful?

It uses a custom script (OWL) to implement the carousel.

The OWL carousel worked well .. thank you for the suggestion!

Just a note... on the SlideShow issue... all my images are 160px X 160px, including the first one...

Because the image is responsive it will resize to the full width of the container while keeping the aspect ratio.

Any way of keeping the container to not do that?

I'm sorry, this is behavior by design (to make it responsive)
