Newly created blocks won't save into Block's folder.

Post by JimmyMeatWhistle »

I am unable to save any type of self created block like a footer for example into a folder. Even refreshing the block menu doesn't populate the self created block. I've checked the actual folder and the footer wasn't there. It will however, allow me to create a newly named folder but won't save anything to that newly created folder no matter how many times I try.

I've used WB12 in the past and had no problem working with Blocks. I'm wondering if something needs to be switch on in Options

Regards,

Steve

Maybe the permissions of the folder are 'read-only' or has different user credentials?

Hello Pablo,

Bitdefender strikes again. PC permissions were OK. However, the problem was within Bitdefender's protected folders, "MY Documents"which is where WYSIWYG WB14 resides. Wouldn't of thought of Bitdefender until you mentioned permissions in your post.

Problem solved thanks to you. Thanks so much Pablo.
