menu name and title

Post by Chameleon »

Hi,
In site manager it lists all my pages for my website but when I click on a page and check page properties the menu name and title are set at "untitled page and index" I think this might be because I cloned the pages. question is do I need to change them and what is the difference between the two?
how can I see the page extension in the site manager as well? at the moment it just shows the page name.

From Help:

Menu Name
This name will be used for the item names in navigation bars and menu bars which have enabled the option 'Synchronize with Site Manager'.
By default, the page name (as specified in the Site Manager) and the menu name are the same, but this field allows you to use an alternative name for the item.
