Problem with my forms

My forms have been working great with version 11 and now that I use version 14, I'm having problems.

The form is set up with the success and error page and like I said it was working great but now, as soon I click the send button, the following error comes up

PHPMailer error: Invalid address: (From): Bookings at Downhill Bikes Salou

Can you please tell me what to do.

The 'from' email address should not be a name, it should be a valid email address.
