Builtin Javascript Editor

Post by Rizal »

WB is cool, and of course developers like to 'coding' too.

I put a lot of javascript inside to communicate with the backend for dynamic content.
I have not found how to edit JavaScript properly. I currently use the '<> HTML' component / object (or I missed the information?), which of course is quite troublesome for debugging.

in my opinion, javascipt is very important on a modern website page, please provide a special editor for JavaScript in the upcoming edition, hopefully the editor can be as sophisticated as visual code :)

thank you, success always

WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML/code editor. It is a visual (drag & drop) web design toolbox. It was not designed to debug scripts.
The HTML does not exists until you preview or publish the web site.

The script will be added to the 'Ready-to-use-Javascripts' object.

Then you probably have edited the file in the wrong location.
Note that this tool is for advanced users and provided "AS IS". Some knowledge of file management is a requirement.
However, I would not have shared the tool if it did not work...
