WB15 Lavender Template

I am having a hard time figuring out how you created the Portfolio part of the template. Is there some documentation regarding this that I can read perhaps.
On the design panel all I can see is the layout grid that is divided into 3 sections, but I don't see how to edit the content (Image, About Text and Link).
