In version 15.0.4 (Jul 18 2019) a breakpoint can be created bigger than the default but it doesn't display any warning/error message and you can put objects onto the page as normal.
Wouldn't it be preferable to give an immediate warning when the breakpoint is added as well as the entry in Error Reports?
Then you can decide whether to increase the default size or otherwise.
