Upgrading to 64-bit version question

Post by 44MLB »

The following advice is given for upgrading to the 64-bit version.
Important: please do not open/save your project before all extensions have been updated!
How do I go about making sure all my WYSIWYG and 3rd party extensions are up-to-date?

- make a list of all the extensionss you have used
- download the 64bit versions

All third party extensions work in both the 32 and 64 bit version.

Hi Pablo,
I have been to http://extensions.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/ and checked to see if the extensions has a 64 bit version. It has said yes but when I download it the extension it shows as .wbx. and not .wbx64. What about third party extensions purchased via other websites.

.wbx works in both 32 and 64 bits
.uwbx is for 32bit only.
What about third party extensions purchased via other websites.
As mentioned, these are compatibility with both versions.
