Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 7 (Mac + Windows + Linux)

This is great news for me!
Question 1: Is it possible to run Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 7 at on pc and mac? I mean: to work on a project on my PC, to save it, and open later the created project on my Mac?
Question 2: Is Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 7 "something less" --in terms of features and capabilities-- compared to BUILDER 15.1.0?

Is Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 7 "something less" --in terms of features and capabilities-- compared to BUILDER 15.1.0?
