I think the link has an accented "s".
Try changing it to http://mojetestowanie.refy.pl/Polityka-prywatnosci.html

A menu item with a subitems cannot have a link. The reason for this is because on mobile devices there is no 'hover', so you would not be able to open the menu.

Hello again

Sorry, but the problem is not only this.

In any submenu after clicking, you will be redirected to WYSIWYG website. I tried to change the link to any external website and nothing changed, still i will be redirected to WYSIWYG web site

Did you try WWBman's suggestion?

Here is the url from your webpage:

http://mojetestowanie.refy.pl/Polityka-prywatności.html

Here is the url from WWBman:

http://mojetestowanie.refy.pl/Polityka-prywatnosci.html

The only difference is the accented 's'. The URL that WWBman posted works.
In any submenu after clicking, you will be redirected to WYSIWYG website. I tried to change the link to any external website and nothing changed, still i will be redirected to WYSIWYG web site
Did you make the changes and re-upload the page? Looking at the code all the links are linked to the WB page.

Are you sure you are publishing to the correct folder? Have you logged into your hosting account and confirmed that the files have actually not been updated? Have you tried clearing your cache or do a hard refresh (control F5) on your browser to make sure you are not viewing an old cached page?
