Pablo is there a reason why Rollover Image does not have an event?

The Rollover Image does not have event because it uses event internally for the animations.

Why do you need events for the rollover image?
What are you trying to do?

What meant was:
- create the rollover image with standard events, like in the tutorial
- then you also have the other events available
