Without having to try it, in my version 14 the Poster function seems to be part of the section Alternative Formats.
Could anyone tell me if this is the first frame shown before the file is played?

The poster is what's shown prior to the video playing or if the video cant play for some reason.

To anyone interested: on the Vimeo website you can also choose a frame from the video. They call it a 'thumbnail' but I would call it a title card.
