turn off formatting

Post by TimmyLee »

How you turn off or end the LINK when your inserting a link into a sentence. I've spent hours trying to fix this... when I highlight a word/words, select LINK, type in the URL or link info and click ok, the subject is highighted, hypertexed or whatever, but you can't continue to type.... the hypertext continues so you can't create a new link on the next word.
What on earth am I not doing here?
Thanks

I normally type in all my text first, and then go back to create the link, so I haven't experienced your particular issue. Try this method if all else fails.

Me too. I think that's the only way to get what you want using the standard MS editor (which WWB uses).

I'll try that, never thought of that. After I posted I realized there was a section for links. Sorry about that. It just seemed like it should be a normal process for the link to end when you exit out of linking to proceed, but it doesn't. You can hit the space bar and the link will continue as a line.....
Thanks
