I know you answered a Paypal query already but is it possible to pay for this extension on its own without having to pay for it in a premium pack?

of course, once you are in the shop, click on the "single" options (top right menu), there you can see the extensions list with their prices, you can also order single extensions instead of packs (some single extensions are a pack by themselves, like this one)
